Trubuild Aqualock – Two Part Acrylic Cementitious Waterproof Coating

Trubuild Aqualock is a two-component, acrylic-modified elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating designed for concrete and masonry surfaces. Supplied in a ready-to-mix kit, it forms a flexible, seamless waterproof membrane that provides an excellent barrier against water ingress. It meets the requirements of USFDA 175:300.

How to Use:

1. Prepare the surface by removing dirt, grease, oil, and loose material. Dampen the surface with water.

2. Mix powder part and liquid part in a 2:1 ratio (by weight) to form a smooth slurry.

3. Apply 2 neat coats using brush/roller in one direction with a 4–6 hour interval.

4. Cure the coated surface for 7–10 days.

5. Cover with protective screed if required.
