Trubuild BoreTite – Epoxy Based System for Bore Packing

Trubuild BoreTite is an epoxy-based, single-pack system specially formulated for leak-free bore packing. It is composed of a moisture-insensitive resin, hardener, selected filler, and backer rod. This system ensures foolproof bonding between PVC, CPVC, iron pipes, and concrete, while providing excellent endurance and vibration dampening properties.

How to Use

1. Preparation – Clean the bore thoroughly. Fix the backer rod inside the gap at a depth of 35–40 mm from the surface top.

2. Mixing – Pour Part A and Part B into a container, mix thoroughly, then gradually add the filler and blend to a uniform consistency.

3. Application – Slowly pour the mix into the bore at a single point until it fully encircles the circumference.

4. Sealing – Sprinkle sand upon the filled bore to aid bonding and enhance waterproofing.

5. Curing – Allow 24 hours for complete curing.
