Trubuild Rooftect Advanced – PU Acrylate Based Waterproof Coating (7 Years Warranty)

Trubuild Rooftect Advanced is a single-component PU Acrylate-based elastomeric waterproof membrane that provides superior protection against water and heat. It forms a seamless, flexible coating with excellent elongation, crack bridging up to 2 mm, UV resistance, and high SRI (Solar Reflective Index) value, ensuring long-lasting durability.

How to Use:

1. Prepare the surface and fill cracks with CFP 425 or WPL 333/BWP 222 as required.

2. Apply a self-priming coat with Trubuild Advanced at 50% dilution on SSD surface.

3. After 4–6 hours drying, apply the first undiluted coat.

4. After another 4–6 hours, apply the second coat at 90° angle to the first.

5. Allow the system to fully cure for 7–10 days.

Theoretical Coverage:

• Self-priming coat: 97–108 sq. ft./L

• Undiluted coat: 22–24 sq. ft./L/coat
