Trubuild WPL 333 – Waterproofing SBR Latex

Trubuild WPL 333 is a ready-to-use styrene butadiene latex (SBR) designed for cement, concrete, and mortar waterproofing applications. It is ideal for repairing old construction such as floors, beams, slabs, and columns, as well as waterproofing of toilets, kitchens, bathrooms, and roofs. This multipurpose latex also works as a bonding agent and an excellent cement modifier.

Application Areas:

• Waterproofing of roofs, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

How to Use:

• Waterproof Coating: Mix Trubuild WPL 333 and cement in 1:1.5 ratio (by volume). Apply 1st coat, allow drying for 4–6 hrs, then apply 2nd coat. After curing for 7–10 days, cover with protective screed.

• Bond Coat: Mix Trubuild WPL 333 and cement in 1:1 ratio (by volume).

• Repair Mortar: Mix Trubuild WPL 333 + Cement + Sand + Water in recommended proportions.

• Total Solid Content: 38 ± 2%

• WFT: Min. 500 μ/2 coats

• DFT: Min. 360 μ/2 coats (depends on substrate porosity)

Coverage: 20–22 sq. ft./kg (for 2 coats in waterproofing)

Shelf Life: 24 months (in sealed, unopened packaging)
